Bringing together my years of experience as a Reflexologist, Birth Doula, energy worker and educator, I have found my true purpose as a Mindful Change Coach.

I am passionate about guiding clients to discover how they can live their best life possible.  Through my wellness coaching practice, I work with motivated people who are ready to find purpose and bring joy into their lives as I walk beside them, listening deeply and helping them find a new perspective in any or all areas of their lives that they feel are out of balance.

As a Gottman Bringing Baby Home educator, I bring all my experience into play and enjoy helping new parents discover how to keep their love alive and their relationship strong through one of the most stressful times of life.

I live in Sammamish with my husband Roger and two daughters, Lucy and Katie, two dogs, Winnie and Oscar and feisty cat Poppy.

CURIOUS? Here are a few Q & A.

Q.  WHEN DID YOU ANSWER YOUR CALLING?

After my children were born, I knew I didn’t want to work in a corporate environment again and having moved from the UK in 2004 my journey to find my life’s purpose began.  I quickly realized that I loved to work with people on a deeper energetic level and each new discovery I made about myself and each new skill I learnt has culminated in my true passion.

Q.  WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOU WERE A WELLNESS COACH?

In my life before children I worked in HR for a software company.  Also, I am a Certified Reflexologist, Certified Birth Doula and Reiki Master.

Q. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?

I love spending time with my family, we have a huge board game collection and enjoy playing together.  I enjoy getting my hands dirty nurturing my garden, walking my dogs, being in the snow in the winter and being on the water in the summer.  I keep myself balanced with hot yoga, mindfulness practices, spending time in nature, reading and cooking.
