Curious to learn more about the class? Here are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:

When should I take this class?

Anytime. This is open to all parenting couples.

Can my child be with us?

Sure. It might be distracting but mindfulness is all about being present in the moment and making the best with a given situation.

Can I take this workshop alone?

Yes. The workshop is designed for couples but you are welcome to take it alone if you like.

We have never done any mindfulness work can we join?

Yes. You do not need any experience to join the group. It is intended for anyone and you will be able to work at your own level with your partner to have a shared experience. You may hate the class and that will give you an opportunity to connect and support each other in your dislike for mindfulness. The class is about shared experience and trying something new with the person you love.
