P.S. I've been where you are. I am a parent of 3 children who is still trying to master getting everything done. My home is messy, my garden is wild, and my dog barley listens. I have learned that life may never get easier. What does happen is that we get better, bit-by-bit, and on the good days there are more blissful moments than hard moments and that is is good enough.

Dear tired parents,

Being a parent now is SO different than any other time in history, and you would think that with all of the advances and high tech gadgets on the market that parenting would be a little easier. Well I am sad to report that it's not yet easy to master...

The good news is that sometimes going back to basics is needed to get a little relief from our ever connected lives. We offer workshops and private coaching to help your family nurture the parts of life that really matter. When you have a chance to cultivate meaning and sit with your innate wisdom everything gets easier and you and your partner become the BEST PARENTING TEAM POSSIBLE.

When you thrive as a couple, your children will thrive too.
